Poppi is an Italian cafe on the Upper East Side in New York City located at 20 East 69th Street (between Madison Ave. and Fifth Ave.). For this project, I was Creative Director, Designer & Illustrator. Inspired by graphic floral patterns and the vibrant greens, rustic reds and burnt amber hues where Fattoria La Vialla (the farm which is the inspiration behind the cafe concept) is located in Tuscany, this branding system embodies elegance but is also whimsical, warm, artisanal and friendly. Inspired by classic Italian signage, I drew the logo and logo mark by hand as well as the illustration of the cafe.
